Successful applicants for the busser, back waiter, host and servers positions must possess:

What is Chubby Cattle? It’s a fun, high-energy and modern restaurant that serves Mongolian style Hotpot and kitchen-prepared grill and appetizer items. We are actively searching for energetic and dependable servers and support staff to join our FOH team! Restaurant experience in a high volume setting is preferred, but not required. We are looking for humble, ego-free individuals with a genuinely positive attitude and sense of urgency who are dependable,
focused and hospitality- driven. Our ideal candidate would be comfortable working under pressure at a fast pace for an entire 5-8hr shift while maintaining a positive attitude.
