According to Chubby Cattle’s announcement, the chain is set to open three new restaurants in Pleasanton, Milpitas, and Santa Clara. The Pleasanton location at 2693 Stoneridge Drive #106 will soon welcome diners, marking the chain’s first foray into the Bay Area.
Originally gaining popularity with its flagship Monterey Park location that opened in April 2023, Chubby Cattle BBQ has quickly expanded to several locations across the United States. While rapidly expanding its footprint, the Milpitas outpost at the Great Mall, 248 Great Mall Drive, is being anticipated next to popular retail stores like Sephora and Chipotle, as reported by KRON4. Their Santa Clara establishment, situated at 3775 E El Camino Real, is conveniently located across from Hankook, the Korean supermarket.
