About Us
Chubby Cattle began its journey with Chubby Cattle Hotpot “牛魔王”, our very first restaurant, laying the foundation for our commitment to high-quality ingredients and an immersive dining experience. Specializing in authentic Chinese hotpot, “牛魔王” brings people together around a bubbling pot of flavorful broth, where fresh meats, seafood, and vegetables are cooked to perfection at the table. This communal dining experience became the cornerstone of our brand, emphasizing quality, innovation, and cultural authenticity.
Building on this success, we expanded into Chubby Cattle BBQ, elevating the dining experience with premium Wagyu BBQ. Our All-You-Can-Eat menu features three tiers of Wagyu, including American and Australian Full Blood Wagyu, as well as the highly sought-after Japanese A5 Wagyu, offering an indulgent and unforgettable meal.
Since opening our first location in Monterey Park in April 2023, Chubby Cattle has rapidly grown. Today, we proudly operate four locations in Los Angeles and six locations across the United States, with our Rowland Heights location serving as our flagship store. We continue to evolve while staying true to our mission—delivering an extraordinary culinary journey through premium hotpot, Wagyu BBQ, and exceptional hospitality.
